MEP Romeva asks for a vision for our fishing fleet to target aid and to end blind spending

Most EU fish stocks are overfished. Subsidies fuelling overfishing must end. Through the reform of the EU's Common Fisheries Policy, fisheries ministers and members of the European Parliament must make the decision to end blind spending.
